Retail Return Policy

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the objective of making our customers happy.  We stand behind our products and their performance. We do our best to take care of our customers fairly and reasonably with the belief that they in turn will be fair with us.   

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your product within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in like-new condition - the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from us at Acme Marine Group.  

Refunds & Exchanges

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment once your return is received and inspected. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.  This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return.  Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Shipping

We offer free UPS Ground and 2-Day shipping to our retail customers.

Due to high volume, please allow three to five business days for order processing. Any order placed on a weekday (Monday through Friday) after 12:00 pm ET may not ship out on the same day the order is placed. Expedited shipments are not guaranteed.

International Returns

International orders have a different return policy.  Please contact customer service at 1.888.661.ACME to discuss the specifics of your return or exchange.  Orders returned directly to us will receive a refund for the merchandise but not duties, taxes or tariffs.
